Donabe Onigiri
Donabe rice is simple, yet special. Cooked in a traditional earthenware pot, it becomes fluffy with a lightly crisped bottom and stays warm long after it’s done. It favors patience over speed, and when made with locally grown rice from Ikuno, it takes on an even deeper sense of place and flavor.

Slow cooked
Gently cooked over an open flame in a traditional earthenware pot, the rice develops a soft, fluffy texture with a delicate, crispy layer at the bottom.

Hand-formed into warm onigiri
While still warm, shape the rice by hand and customise your onigiri with a variety of ingredients to suit your taste.
