​We stayed for six nights and thought it was really worth it. Ikuno has enough culture, history and nature to offer for at least a week if you enjoy walking like we do. The house is the perfect base for that: you stay in a museum , getting a feel for what life might have been like here a century ago, but with comfort. Not only is it very beautiful with the different kinds of wood and great views on both sides, it’s also equipped with the basic things you need when you’re traveling: a kitchen with oil and some condiments, and a washing machine with some detergent tablets.
